Overall a pleasant experience with many amenities: fridge, water kettle, washing machine, free water, iron and in-room safe. It would be even nicer if there is access to a microwave. The food court in the basement was a plus. It’s within walking distance to Seoul Station. Will definitely stay again.

I booked on behalf of my parents, who said: the room was modern, clean and comfortable. While you had to pay for breakfast, it was tasty. The only downside is finding the hotel - even our taxi driver had a tough time.

We wish to thank the hotel staff, Oscar and Cindy, for their excellent service, especially Oscar who was very helpful. Not only are they courteous, they are cheerful and are happy to attend to our enquiries. They make our 8 nights stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Convenient, spacious and pleasant stay!

The hotel is more like a hotel/residential building, hence the room (accommodation) is big - a studio style apartment. Spacious! Got a double bed and a sofa bed. It is very handy to have a washing machine when you stay in summer time in Seoul. Air-conditioning is great. Got a hob and fridge too. Very suitable for a family to stay for a few days. Good location too. But if you plan to use laundry and hob, need a bit of washing liquid and a pan as there was none.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

There is construction around the property at the moment, and it was very difficult to bring the suitcases from Seoul station to the facility. Also, the room was very hot as you cannot turn air conditioner on, nor can you open the window to ventilate. It was like a sauna all night
