家人同遊
電視機沒有訊號，2人入住只提供一支，牙刷第一天用完了，第二天清潔完被掉了，但沒有再補回新的，廁所燈會自動熄滅，當時正在洗澡啊。其他的還可以吧。

酒店職員相當友善，酒店位置地段不近明洞圈或熱門景點位置，交通上車程相對付出比較多（值得考慮的地方）。 酒店附近有小型商場，c25u便利店，食肆亦多，街道熱鬧。

地方寬敞，職員積極，但某程度上於事無補
同外子揀選了garden spa suite，幽暗乃房間特色，所以每一盞燈在需要時都非常重要！但玄關位置屬感應燈，不能故定開/關造成不便；spa area亦有失去燈膽的照明燈，就算職員盡力協助都於事無補，皆因本來就是壞。另外夾萬亦是壞的！職員回應亦不能用...而幾邊洗澡間由第二天起熱水亦不夠熱...勉強只能說是和暖水...spa area有太陽椅兩張，其一也是爛的...忘了一提，房間並沒有提供潄口杯 房間空間相當足夠！洗澡空間連spa位置有三個，每天都收拾得很整潔！提供了電腦、音響，音質很好！事前不知道韓國用兩腳圓插，職員瞬間就把旅行插頭送上！很熱心幫忙！ 由於整天外出，而遇到難題時職員都熱心幫忙，所以整體入住都非常愉快！

Convenient location, clean and cozy room, helpful staff, we have good experience in Seoul. Hotel is near some local restraurants and 24 hrs 7-11nearby, two small supermarkets are also available, we can buy some local foods and snacks at midnight!! Good! Hotel room has a large bath tube, but it is not quite useful and suitable for us! Heater is available in the room.

Stylish hotel in Gangnam! Worth to try on
3d2n flash trip in Kr. Just 1 person with backpack + small luggage. Hotel's location is great: very close to the station (Exit no.8). Close to COEX shopping mall and if you aim to explore Gangnam area, this is the place for stay. Standard bed size with hard mattress; Terrace with no view (semi-transparent fencing to block the view). But 6 feet long bathtub (open bathroom design) and nice bathing freebies. Your choice! No wardrobe or cupboard for storage. Well...

到步check in 完後就上房放下行里去玩，晚上回來準備睡覺發覺床單有血跡，馬上拍照下去跟前台說，他們反應竟然說'沒關係的，說他們每天更換並拿去洗' 即係表示血跡洗不掉？雖然最後可安排換掉床單，但己很夜了我叫他們明天再幫我換，我睡在另一張細床 ，上去見細床沒什麼問題便一覺到天亮，起身就發現condom 在地上，是沒換床單還是洗不掉？你們自己想想

酒店虽然比较方便~但是机场巴士还是蛮贵的~~离明洞也稍微远了一点~~~换地铁也比较麻烦

冬天飯店內暖氣超強、很溫暖，5人套房為樓中樓兩層，一樓地板有裝地熱導管，不擔心天冷腳會冰的問題，房內空間很大，有兩間衛浴，整體很滿意！

The most impressive was that the bed was very comfortable! It's very close to MRT station entrance 8. We requested the attendant to order Kyochon chicken for us through phone. The attendant are very glad to help!

Little world of romance
It is convenient to take the airport bus (No. 6016) from the Incheon Airport to reach Sadang Station, but you probably need to google the location of the hotel first as there is no English road sign for you to track where you are. All the receptionists could speak fluent English and serve with a smiling face. The information of the room types provided in the website was close to reality and I intentionally stayed in two types of room - Premium and Garden Spa. The size of room, in particular the bathroom and then the jacuzzi in the garden spa was spectacular in terms of the price. For a romantic experience, the garden spa is highly recommended. For those who love the black colour tone, this hotel will certainly meet your personal taste.

A bit expensive with this size. Very convenience since it closes to subway. Exit 8 is the nearest way to reach hotel but no lift!! U can choose another exit which you find an evaluator if you have heavy luggage.

酒店服務前台員專業，耐心解答問題及十分nice。 試過普通房間跟豪華房間，感覺一樣。 兩種房間大小一樣。（感覺小了一點，可能韓國都這樣吧） 入到房溫度適中。整潔。 位置隣近舍堂站。不過站內沒升降機，要行樓梯 附近十分多食店。Shopping就小一點 去明洞20分鐘左右， 普通房間有window無view，但裝修感覺舒服一點 豪華房格音差，無落地鏡子 總括都OK，不過再去都係簡普通房

a good design hotel
Location is very good, hotel outlook is nice and staff is helpful, a lot of restaurant near by, but not recommend if only girls in there because there are a lot karaoke, many drinker is there at night time. Room is fantastic, only complain is no windows because I leave in basement.into

Great location
I stayed in Hotel Karashy for 4 nights. The location is great, just 2-minute walk from the subway station Sadang. What's more, the bus station for airport limousine is in the opposite of the main raod. Very convenient indeed. For the hotel itself, the room is not spacious enough and also the washroom basin is in the corridor of the room, kind of inconvenient. There is no view from the room and so you need to turn on all lights even it is daytime. Lastly, the automatic light by the door is too sensitive and it would turn on at night even we slept already. The feeling is not comfortable, perhaps I am a coward.

房間舒適，整潔，而且價錢便宜，雖然不近明洞，但乘搭地鐵前往明洞是不用轉線，鄰近地鐵站，十分方便！我最喜歡酒店房間的設計，優雅，精緻，絕對不同於首爾一般的民宿及大型酒店。如果我再來首爾，我一定會再入住。
