Love all Toyoko Inns. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Stored bags at check in and out. Close to the subway and there's an airport bus that stops in front. Great breakfast. Room was great.

Staff need training, but was a great hotel.

When I checked in, the staff was welcoming, but was new and did not know how to change the room as I was given floor 1 which I did not like. The room was clean except there is used toilet paper at the corner of the bathroom ceiling not disposed. The breakfast was great and have enough amenities.

It’s a good place to go to for a few days. Rooms are small, as is expected in a lot of East Asian countries. You may have trouble opening your large suitcase all the way without it touching the bed. But it’s doable! Nothing smelled weird and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was cold outside but it was fine inside and you can adjust temperature.

If you rent a car and need to park it, you must check with the front desk. This is because parking may not be allowed due to the weight of the vehicle. Additionally, the front desk should provide courteous guidance regarding this matter. The breakfast at this hotel feels like a homemade meal my mom would make in Korea. The menu changes daily, and during our one-week stay, it seemed to follow a weekly rotation. However, every meal felt thoughtfully prepared with care. Because of this, I would love to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit except car parking

Great staffs all can speak Japanese very fluently. check-in time is exactly 3:00PM even you arrive hotel earlier. There are long line at that time. One thing I have little disappointed that they could not change the towels complementally, we need 1 USD to have new towels. If you think this place as hotel it's not. You can just think "Sleeping Place" with no service.
