入住很快,不堵车的话离机场车程15分钟左右,机场送机RM10/人。房间略潮,进门就闻到一股霉臭味,隔音效果差!!!空调外机噪音很大,半夜有几个大妈入住,说话声音略大都能吵醒人。头天预定了第二天一早7点送机的服务,当时给了预定的单子,第二天6点五十几到前台去问司机多久能到,让我们提供预订单,当时袋子里资料多,放的有点乱,先找了一会儿没找到,结果酒店自己也没有留底的单子,就一脸我们没有预定的样子看着我们找,好在后面找到了,结果司机也没有准时到酒店来接。总之,感觉略差。

從Klia2至飯店車程約20分鐘,飯店管理有待加強。 1.飯店mail 已明確回覆shuttle bus 單趟單人馬幣10元,可行李箱+隨身行李各一,但其外派的司機卻要求來回兩趟,六個人要收馬幣150,理由是行李太大,這個外派車是六人座,後面只夠放直立式28吋行李*2,總而言之就是車太小確要付更多的費用,跟飯店反應,回答我直接跟司機喬。真是無言 2.兩間房的淋浴間排水不良,水溢出 3.電話積了一層灰 4.家庭4人房廁所卷筒衛生紙只有1/3 5.吹風機需跟櫃台說,為了2隻吹風機拿3次,因為壞了也不丟,5中3都是壞掉的

Expedia recommended is a horrible. The hotel claimed to have air condition and washer/dryer because we have an one year old. The hotel has none of those. We booked for 4 days and stay here for less than 30 minutes. I reported the issue with Expedia and they can’t give me partial refund for delist the hotel. What happens to Expedia’s recommendation and customer service. The quality is getting worse and worse.

Overnight between flights.
Room was ok, bathroom tried and not very clean. Toilet leaked all night making it very wet in the morning. Reception not very helpful to requests.

Although the room is ok the staff is alittle bit not so good in speaking English and the reception area has no aircon. The elevator is not clean and the bathroom has molds on wall tiles. The place is far from city center advisable only for a day check in whenever you arrive past midnight at the airport

The room was big enough. I had two issues with it, there was a musty smell in the room which could be because it’s an old building but keeping the window crack opened helped with the smell and the only plug to charge my phone that was available was broken and in need of repair so the staff provided an plug adapter to make it work. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Not so comfortable
We stayed in a family room and we were surprised that the gaps between the bathroom door and the hinges were rather wide on not just one side, but both sides of the door! One would be able to see clearly through the gaps. The glass door was thinly frosted midway and you could see one's silhouette from the bed. Not sure if it was only our room. WIFI is intermittent and the aircond is not as cooling. No housekeeping for our 2 night stay, which is maybe due to Covid19. No offer for additional water bottles, shower gel either. Overall, the stay was an uncomfortable one.

トランジットで寝るためだけに利用したので、値段相応の設備でしたが清潔感はあり、大きな問題はありませんでした。 マイナス点は、タクシーの運転手がホテルの場所を知らず、住所を示して探して貰わないといけなかったこと、ベッドサイドのテーブルに柑橘系の果物の種が残っていたこと、売店でクレジットカードが使えず外貨でも払えたが、電卓も使わず大雑把で適当な計算をされたこと、フロントでシャトルバスを予約した際、聞かれたので国際線のマレーシア航空と伝えたのに、運転手には知らされていなくて違うターミナルで降ろされたことぐらいです。 シャトルバスは1時間に1本のようで、朝7時は乗客が多く大小2台出ていました。8時はうちの家族だけでした。部屋には人数分のミネラルウォーターが置いてありました。歯ブラシはありませんでした。 エアポートタクシーは4人+キャリーケース1個で50MRをクレカで前払い。ホテルでは宿泊税10MR+シャトル4人40MRをクレカ払い。トランジットで寝るだけなら両替は必要ありませんでした。

수도물 나오지 않는 최악의 호텔
발리에서 쿠알라룸푸르 공항에 도착하여 항공편 경유를 위하여 잠시 1박을 한 곳입니다. 오후 6시 입실하여 아침 6시 퇴실시까지 수도물이 공급되지 않아 샤워도 못하고, 화장실 사용도 못해 매우 불편하였지만 호텔측에서는 아무런 대책도 없었습니다. 수도공사로 인하여 오후 9시부터 수도물이 공급된다고 하였지만 약속은 지켜지지 않았으며 생수통 몇개로 겨우 세수만 하고 퇴실하였습니다. 50개의 객실을 보유한 호텔에서 수도물 중단사태에 대한 대비도 없이 호텔을 운영한다는 것이 이해할 수 없었으며, 이에 대한 호텔의 사과나 대응도 전혀 없었다는 것에 대하여 매우 불쾌하였습니다. 제 인생에서 최악의 호텔로 기억될 것 같습니다.

The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. The receptionist hung up on us twice when we called from the airport to find out where our transport to the hotel was. Hotel transport was arranged prior to our arrival but never showed up.

Bad wifi and forgot my wakeup call
The wifi connection was really bad. Im not sure about the thickness of the wall but I can hear people talking, snoring etc from my room. The lady receptionist was very friendly and she seems nice but the guy wasn’t really that friendly and worst, he forgot to ring my room for my wake up call. I ended up woke up at 5:55am and my transport to the airport was waiting for me downstairs.

Only stayed one night as we needed to be close to the airport but was very good value for money. Good shower, comfortable bed and clean and easy check in and out. Only negative would be lack of eating places but had a car and more choice 10 mins away.

Hotel blisko lotniska, okolica mało ciekawa
Hotel czysty, klimatyzowany, jest dostęp WIFI. Łazienka była duża i czysta, pościel czysta, łóżka były wygodne. Okolica hotelu jest nieco zrujnowana, część budynków jest opuszczona i zaniedbana, są restauracje lokalne, można zjeść kolację. Nie szczególnie nadaje się na wieczorne spacery, ale czułem się bezpiecznie. Nie ma nic ładnego dookoła, ale lotnisko jest w dobrej odległości. Przyjechałem własnym samochodem, nie wiem czy jest możliwy transport na lotnisko, ale można zamówić GRAB. Generalnie na 1 noc jest ok, jeżeli nie chcemy jechać z centrum miasta i zaoszczędzić trochę czasu przed porannym lotem. Uwaga - rano tworzą się korki nawet w drodze z tego hotelu na lotnisko - trzeba to uwzględnić planując wylot. The hotel is clean, air-conditioned, there is WIFI. The bathroom was large and clean, the sheets clean, the beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel is slightly ruined, some of the buildings are abandoned and neglected, there are local restaurants, you can have dinner. Not particularly suitable for evening walks, but I felt safe. There is nothing nice around, but the airport is at a good distance. I came by my own car, I don't know if transport to the airport is possible, but you can order GRAB. Generally, for 1 night it is ok if you do not want to go from the city center and save some time before the morning flight. Note - in the morning traffic jams form even on the way from this hotel to the airport - this must be taken into account.

Couldn't sleep all night as other guests were partying all night in their rooms. Ordered a taxi with the hotel to the airport for 7am but it didn'y come until 7:30 and dropped other guests off first at other terminals making me very late.

Inexpensive but very nice! Helpful desk staff that remembered me from previous stay. Can schedule shuttle to airport at minimal cost. Minor inconvenience: cleaning staff opened room door thinking I’d already checked out.
