Don't expect much or you'll be disappointed
Very tiny room and not particularly clean. Quite far away from KLIA2 and it took 15 minutes on a grab car on an express way to get there. Hotel shuttle service was claimed to be available but the quality of service was as if there was none.

The staff can only offer barely enough services. They were not quite initiative to give you advice reminder in particular the free transport from or to the airport. The capacity of free shuttle is only 9 pax. When I made the booking, there was full and I was forced to book a taxi to airport through the hotel at the cost of RM 40. But I had to force to pay RM50 at last as the taxi driver claimed that he did not have chance for RM10. Be smarter, pls book the free shuttle for departure upon your arrival of this hotel or if you would like to take the taxi to the airport , pls settle the payment before you get into the taxi as you can force the unhelpful hotel staff to help you and avoid others to give you excuse to earn you much money. So silly I was. As a reminder for those travellers who would like to select this hotel and will arrive KL at midnight like me and did not take the free shuttle which only caters for 9 persons, the taxi charge from the airport to there is RM80. You may consider choosing other hotels nearby and the taxi charge can surely compensate the higher accomodation cost. One important thing. I had ordered a room with breakfast. But the staff said that my room did not offer breakfast. So strange..... The location of the hotel is far from terminals There are no public bus or cheaper means accessing to this hotel.

While I wish you had a better experience, our free shuttle service from Tune Hotel KLIA2 only takes 15 minutes to reach our hotel and leaves every 2 hours during the day and every hour after midnight. Taxis from the hotel usually only charge RM40. As mentioned, they are on first come first serve basis. We will take into consideration of increasing the number of trips. 位置不方便
房間很小,連登機箱都無法完全展開,除非放在床上。 隔音不好,外面有人走動、隔壁開門、樓下笑太大聲都聽得到。 地點不佳,離機場很遠,只能搭飯店自己的接駁車,但要預約而且兩小時才一班九人小巴,若滿額只能自己搭計程車過去,單趟大約15分鐘,如果想逛機場或是去吃東西都不是很方便。 在這裡連UBER都很難叫。 從吉隆坡叫了一台計程車,司機還不知道這家飯店在哪,但可以跟司機說在LCCT(舊的廉航機場)旁邊,大多數只知道Tune Hotel KLIA2。 如果去雪邦賽道這是最近的地點,不太會塞車,因為大多人都從另一邊過去,但是飯店沒有車過去,必須請飯店幫忙叫計程車或自己叫UBER 早餐自助式還不錯,但是住了三天都吃一樣 如果來看比賽,還是盡量住在kila2那邊比較好,飯店比較新也比較大,重點是方便。可以省下很多計程車費。 飯店也不會幫你寄明信片。

A hotel looks like a dormitory
I would not recommend the hotel to someone who is looking for rather a cozy place. The room is very small and shallow. The blanket was not clean and the building looks more like a dormitory than a hotel. The breakfast is acceptable and the hotel reception was nice though.

交通非常不便
距離機場非常遠,只有接駁車和taxi能到達,接駁車只有9個位,而且要2小時1班,附近甚麼商店,超市都沒有。taxi去機場要RM50,住6天,每天都轉wifi密碼,職員不會主動說,天天都要問。

酒店地址根本就不清楚,查找路線是指去klia,大晚上的搬著行李從klia2去到klia,結果klia的員工說在klia2,當時已經沒有接駁列車,打的70馬幣到的klia!好不容易輾轉到了klia2 tune酒店!被告知這家是在已經被轉為貨運航站樓的另一個lcct航站樓!凌晨了根本折騰不動只好在klia2的大廳湊合了一晚上!!!酒店錢還不能退!垃圾到爆!!!!!!!!!!

Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but the shower is powerful, which somehow makes up for everything. Stayed one night, would stay again here again if I had a long layover in KUL. It does offer value for money. Oh, they offered breakfast, packed to go, which I appreciated.

トランジットで一泊しました。地図では空港のそばですが、近道する道路がなく、空港をぐるりと迂回して行くので、車で20分ほどかこかります。ターミナル2のすぐそばにある系列のホテルとの間にシャトルバスが出ているので、時間が合えばそれの利用がお得ですが、時間が合わなければタクシーでも1000円しなかったと思います(Grab利用)。 部屋は狭めでめちゃくちゃ快適かと言われればマイナス点も無くはないですが、価格を考えたら十分で、私的には満点です。満足しました。時間がたくさんあるので取り敢えず寝たいけど、空港内の他のホテルは高い、というときにはここは最高の選択肢かなと思います。

The hotel was a reasonable price, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything from neighbours to the road to people walking past the room. It was also a 20 minute drive away from terminal 2 of the airport despite marketing themselves as an airport hotel. I don’t recommend staying here unless you have sufficient time to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had a shower

Just what you need before setting off on a long journey. The rooms are comfy and modern. No TV, but you don't really need one as you can easily stream something on your preferred device.

We paid usd 30 a night to stay here. It was really okay. We felt like the place met our needs. No complaints. We didn’t pay much so we also didn’t expect a lot. For the price, we felt this was great value.
