It truly feels like a peaceful mountain escape. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best experience. It’s also incredibly kid-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free as a family. We loved everything about this resort — the amenities, the atmosphere, and the overall sense of relaxation it provided. Cloudland exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return. "Wonderful place to relax!! Most comfortable bed I've ever had away from home. Screened in porch was the best. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved the view and listening to nature. Only used hot tub once and it was nice. We stayed 3 nights. Never had an issue. Never needed to contact host however we were given several ways to contact them if necessary. We will be back next chance we get. Highly recommend Stoneridge Cottage II"

"We love going to Mentone and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Valhalla. It was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful property. We couldn’t get enough of the amazing views, especially enjoyable from the hot tub! Host was prompt with communication and we also enjoyed being close to the shops and restaurants. Valhalla is a place we would love to visit again!!"

"Host was very helpful with gas heater responded quickly and we were warm in our cabin! Cabin had everything we needed and great location to Cloudland Canyon and Cafe 360. We had a wonderful stay lots of hiking. "

"Cabin was so cute and cozy. We loved the view and how quiet it was. Husband caught two bass and a crappie and released them back. FYI dont trust google 100% Haha. We went to eat and it took us down an unpaved road up the mountain to go eat at cafe 136. We were in our truck at least. We laughed about it though. Little adventure. It was a very narrow bumpy ride. Our advice. When leaving the road to the cabin. Go left to get to town. We would stay here again. It was very relaxing stay and Rock city was beautiful! "
