「Host is very attentive and answered all of my questions. The house is great for families and is pet friendly for small pets. The beds were comfortable with nice furnishings. Kitchen worked great to prepare easy meals for our group. House is very clean and updated. The house is laid out nicely so adults can have their space in the living room and kids can have their space in the den. It has a huge fenced backyard and great patio furniture with a grill. 「Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.」

「It was amazing! The hosts communicated perfectly. This property is beautiful. Right next to Strayhorn marina, soda Steve’s, and short drive to town for groceries. The back patio was where we spent most of our time enjoying the lake view, playing games, and watching movies on the tv outside. Property was very clean and felt at home. We’ll definitely be staying again!」

「Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! 」

「We had a great time! Super smooth check in house is very well stocked better then any of the other homes we’ve stated in! Easy to communicate with. Tons of parking plenty of room for truck and trailer plus multiple cars! Kids loved the tether ball. Highly recommend. 」

"The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish "
