“Solid, economical hotel. Single business traveler on a budget. Small, comfortable, quiet room, generous breakfast included. Many families with children booked the hotel which gave my stay a homey feel. No restaraunt but well located in walkable distance to several local spots. Public transportation accessibility made getting around to main Bergamo sites convenient. (A parking facility is available if needed.) Walking distance to train station. “Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful.
Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.”

“I had a ten day stay. My room was very dark like a cave.. I was unable to look out a window unless I climbed on a bed and even then I could not see much. I understand that they may have been fully booked at a point. I just kind of felt that from my check-in experience and encounter with the front desk; I was given this last resort room. I had traveled for 22 hours and just wanted a shower when I arrived. Breakfast was okay; cappucino machines were not always functioning so that was kind of……
