「Spacious home with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Outside area was perfect and pool lovely. Great location, private and not overlooked and close enough to supermarkets. All mod cons you would expect and want. 4 double beds, great air con. Have marked down a little on cleaning, but wasn’t anything I couldn’t fix myself. 」

Take notice you will need to call him -phone number on the door you can use WhatsApp ! he and his wife live in the back of the hotel. 「Quinta de Recião has numerous properties. This review is for the one-bedroom cottage (Casa do Moinho - the Mill House) The Mill House is a beautiful property, hosted by beautiful people. The main room has kitchen, table, lounge, small TV and a fire. The separate bedroom has two single beds with an adjoining bathroom. The cottage sits right on the edge of the Rio Varosa (Varosa River) and the sound of running water is peaceful and calming. There is the option to have a home cooked meal...

「Fomos um grupo de 8 adultos a trabalho, em pleno Agosto. Fomos bem recebidos à chegada. As cortesias da casa valem bem a pena. Local ótimo para descansar. Nenhum incómodo por parte de terceiros. 「Au début on était pas certain de l’emplacement car est sur une petite rue dans le village, mais finalement c’était parfait. On a profiter de la piscine, croisière fluviale Duoro a 30 minutes, vignobles et même Porto a 1:30, alors ce fait très bien aller retour. 」

「We had an excellent and relaxing stay in the very well appointed vineyard home. The drive in and out took some getting used to with the narrow lanes amongst the vines, but you couldn’t ask for a more idyllic and quiet place to relax. The wine they produce there is great too!」

「My wife and I celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary at the Quinta. It's location made it convenient to visit local museums, wineries and Churches. The location also allowed us to explore many nearby small towns for amazing meals and to meet lovely people. Porto is only ~1.4hrs by tollway, which is 90% of the travel. We highly recommend taking the train, just across the Douro in Régua, out to Pocinho for a relaxing lunch and walk around the quaint town before returning. The railway view...
