“Great 5-star hotel. Only there is no USB outlet for charging my mobile in the room. Very surprised as it is a MUST nowadays! Also, it would be nice if there is salad at the breakfast buffet. All others are very good. ”

“The front desk guy that helped me on Saturday at 10:30 was great initially my room was not clean, hair on phone, towels and bathrooms and had a constant drilling noise, like a construction at 11pm at night, I mentioned that to him and he swapped me to a nicer, cleaner and higher room, he was excellent”

“This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests.
