The neighboorhood is not friendly at all (not for a family or women)

「The loft where the children slept had a portable aircondition, which produced a lot of heat in the backside, therefore it was very hot up there. There was a strange smell in the bathroom. Very nice common area (living room) with a tv and coffee station. There were many stairs but no elevator. Had a hard time getting in the front door when following the instructions (had late check in), but suddenly it opened. After that we had a key, so if was fine. The room was clean and otherwise ok.」

「We loved our stay in this apartment in the middle of old town. It’s well located for restaurants, station and the marina. The rooftop balcony has amazing views of Genoa and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Mirko is a great host and the check in process was very smooth.」

「It’s a late review but I’m still dreaming of the beautiful charming mindblowingly unique stay we had at this gem! The host was so welcoming and kind despite our very late check-in ( & gave us a little upgrade which made me cry!) it felt like family & touched me very much. 「The apartment was spacious and clean. We were very impressed with the quiet windows, a/c, staff, room updates, toiletries and cleanliness. My only, only recommendation is to perhaps keep a wine opener and additional coffee pods at the coffee station. We messaged and owner and received more within minutes. They were great! Other then that, really wonderful and would definitely stay again!!」

「In Genova il metodo di check in per questo tipo di struttura e tutto online tramite email Ti spiegano come devi prendere le chiavi sennò sei abituato è un po' un casino. Ma per il resto molto carino, piccolo, pulito, piccolo cucinotto, smart TV, silenzioso, servito di Bere, trattorie, pizzerie, c'è la fermata del bus nelle vicinanze ottimo per non prendere la macchina, supermercato vicino .. direi una bella posizione a 10 passi dal mare.」
