This luminous villa, located in the village of Ses Salines (Mallorca), stands out for its traditional style with a modern touch. The wooden beam ceilings, stone walls and wooden doors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



With 90 m², the villa can accommodate up to 4 people in two double bedrooms.



They will be able to enjoy an aperitif on the small terrace before dining in the interior dining room. The folding doors allow you to open up the space and connect it with the outside.

Recently, two split-type air conditioning units have been installed, one in the bedroom and another in the living room-dining room-kitchen area on the upper floor.



The American gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



To get there, you can rent a car or use the bus. The accommodation is only 100 metres from the bus station.



The nearest supermarket is 50 metres away.



The location in Ses Salines is ideal for enjoying some of the best beaches in Mallorca, such as Es Trenc or Ses Covetes. You can also visit the Es Trenc salt flats, a highly recommended experience. Just a 10-minute drive away there is a golf course situated on a large 500-hectare estate.



In Colònia de Sant Jordi, a 10-minute drive away, you can take a boat to visit the island of Cabrera, a natural park with one of the best-preserved coastal landscapes in the Mediterranean.



House Rules

- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Non-compliance may result in a penalty.

- Keep the villa clean and tidy during your stay.

- Rubbish must be placed in the bins before departure.

- Use the air conditioning and heating responsibly, turning them off when you are not in the villa.
