Relaxing stay in Ses Salines

Enjoyable stay. The weather was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant meals were delicious with plenty of choices. The room was nice and clean (w/balcony, nice!) Not far from Saint Jordi, good walk on the boardwalk. Beaches abound!

The place in close to very nice beaches and to a calm small nice village. The hotel is clean and the food is good. The hotel is just a little bit updated but I can see they are renewing some parts. The employees are very professional and nice with the customers. It absolutely worths the money

Beautiful town and area, awful service and hotel

Clean hotel in lovely location and view of the sea. Shame it was such an outdated and unkept hotel including rooms and lift. Bathroom was very marked up. No fan to extract the steam from it. Way too hot in the evening as the air con stopped working. Cleaners disturbed us and woke us up early both mornings for room service,despite the sign up the second time, and despite asking the second cleaner who'd knocked 30 minutes later to come back that afternoon in spanish she ignored us and proceeded to walk into our room while we're both in bed undressed, very inappropriate and then left our door open when she left. Could hear everything from other rooms at night including going to the toilet and no noise cancellation. Cleaners also dragged furniture round at 8am in the morning while cleaning making lots of noise. When we told reception about this she just said she understood and moved on without apology or any customer service. Pool is too busy to get a sunbed plus you have to pay to hire them and the towels (both pay a fee and provide a deposit on top which makes no sense). There were a lot of nicer hotels in the area so Id stay elsewhere unless youre looking for outdated, to not sleep and to experience rude cleaners and staff. Also 1 single beds provided with no double despite booking a double. Breakfast was ok.

We never really made it to like this hotel. I feel bad, because I know that all the staff did all they had, and the hotel is new or renovated, but so many people for such a small place, people putting their beach towel and no one is checking if its there the whole day without being used on the sunbed (towls that a 4 start hotel can't deposite you for free but you have to pay), then there is the pool, it was dirty and so warm and the color makes it probably look even more dirty, then you have to pay for the sunbeds at the ocean. always a huge line to wait with the elevator, waiting and waiting because only 2 of them. as I first said, I'm sorry because it is not a bad place, it just didnt work for us, too small and too many people.

- gepflegt / sauber - sehr gutes Essen - Kinderbetreung unter "Catalina" war top! Sie weiss wie man mit Kindern umgeht. Leider war sie dann auf Urlaub und die "Kinderbetreung" war katastrophal, denn die andere Dame hat nur mit ihrem Handy gespielt und die Eltern haben sich selbst um die Kids gekümmert - Cocktails waren mit "Sluchies" - schrecklich! Hier beötigt man unbedingt eine Schulung oder man googlt wie Cocktails gemixt werden - Service im Restaurant langsam, aber freundlich und sehr bemüht. Enrique war top und schnell sowie aufmerksam!

Bom hotel

O hotel fica muito bem localizado para quem procura sol e mar; há também alguns restaurantes nas redondezas. As opções de comida no café da manhã e jantar são variados, mas prezam pela quantidade e não qualidade. As sobremesas era todas bem ruins, mas os pratos quentes estavam bons. O atendimento no bar do rooftop é muito ruim, apenas um atendente para muitas pessoas, se espera estar tomando um drink para assistir o por do sol, então vc não terá um drink embora peça 20min antes. O hotel é ideal para quem tem crianças, se vc não tem crianças talvez valha a pena pagar um pouco mais e fica no hotel da mesma rede só para adultos. O trabalho de arrumação diário é bem precário, há não preocupação na arrumação da cama, mesmo no dia da troca de lençóis, esses não são bem colocados. O atendimento na recepção é muito bom, o quarto com vista para o mar é excelente, o ar condicionado funciona bem.

Modernes Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse, aber Schwächen Das stilvoll renovierte Hotel bietet eine tolle Dachterrasse und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist gut, das Frühstück allerdings wenig abwechslungsreich. Negativ fielen mangelnde Sauberkeit im Bad und technische Probleme mit der Balkontür auf, die die Klimaanlage beeinträchtigten, nach mehrfacher Meldung wurden die Schäden behoben - auch andere Gäste waren von denselben aproblemen betroffen. Die ruhige Lage ist angenehm, die Parkplatzsituation tagsüber jedoch schwierig. Fazit: Schönes Design und gute Atmosphäre, aber Defizite bei Sauberkeit und Parken.

Sur le site il est inscrit stationnement inclus. Il n’y a PAS de stationnement inclus, le membre du personnel nous a mentionne que c’est un érreur que la rue est le seul stationnement. La rue est hyper bondé ce qui nécessite une logistique pour déplacer le véhicule à chaque fois et rien n’était à moins de 7 min de marche de l’hôtel. Hyper frustrant , avoir su nous n'aurions pas réserver à cet hôtel le but étant de limiter les déplacements compliqués au soleil

Wir fanden das Hotel super Familien geeignet. Das Essen war der super lecker für jeden was dabei. Für die Kinder einfach super dort weil tollen getrennten Kinderbereich mit toller Erlebnisbad. Alles toll renoviert und wir würden fast sagen dass das Hotel underrated ist. Bei der Ankunft nach 23 Uhr wurde uns sogar noch Essen angeboten. Der Mann abends an der Rezeption war wirklich ein ganz zuvorkommender Mann. Wir würden das Hotel wahrscheinlich nochmal besuchen. Wir waren nur für 2 Tage dort und das war Anfang Juni. Dir Gegend war sehr ruhig und kein Ballermann Tourismus. Und nochmal, das Essen war klasse!

Der Umbau ist noch an vielen am Laufen und am Zustand der Böden z.b. zu sehen. Es fuhr auch nur ein Aufzug, dauert dann halt manchmal etwas länger. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben ihr bestes. Das Essen ist okay, für 4 Sterne allerdings relativ wenig Auswahl. Die Getränke schon ziemlich teuer. Der Speisesaal ziemlich klein. Die Zimmer haben mehr oder weniger alle Meerblick. Wir hatten eins Highfloor mit Meerblick gebucht, hatten aber eins an der Seite mit Blick auf die Wand des Nachbarhotels, erst beim Blick über die Balkonbrüstung sah man das Meer....was sozusagen für alle Zimmer zutrifft. Highfloor ist 4&5 Etage. Also da muss in der Kategorisierung nachgearbeitet werden, es gab viele Beschwerden an der Rezeption.

Völlig aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Hotel ruft Preise auf, die in keinster Weise der Qualität der Zimmer, dem Pool oder der Anlage entsprechen. Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, rostet oder ist gar ganz kaputt. Es wird aber auch nicht repariert, sondern provisorisch irgendwie gerichtet. Sehr traurig. Die Kommunikation ist ein Graus und das liegt nicht an der Sprache, sondern an der fehlenden Kompetenz bzw. Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber dem Gast.
