Located in Carugio, in the heart of the town of Sestri Levante, a few steps from the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fables, the apartment is located in a typical Ligurian house overlooking the pedestrian area of ​​the old town.

Good property in a lovely place. Clean and Tidy and well positioned in the old centre. The only complaint I would have is the wifi - ie non-existent.

Très agréable

Appartement très agréable idéalement situé en plein centre de Sestri Levante. La plage est à 1 minute à pied! Conséquence, l'appartement est assez bruyant le soir... cela ne nous a cependant pas dérangé.

Gute Lage am Anfang der Fussgängerzone. Die Shops, Lebensmittelläden, Restaurants, Bars, Strände, Wanderwege, und Flaniermeile sind alle ganz in der Nähe und gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Laut und heiss

Selbst die super freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen der Agentur können die Lage des Objektes natürlich nicht verändern. Direkt in der Fussgängerzone ist es besonders ab Freitag extrem laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Dadurch dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat, können auch die Fenster nicht geschlossen bleiben. Nur, da es auch sehr einfache Fenster älterer Bauart sind, ist die Dämpfung der externen Geräusche nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Wer selber eine Nachteule und Festbombe ist, dem ist diese Wohnung von der zentralen Lage her absolut zu empfehlen. Allen anderen, die auch mal schlafen möchten eher nicht.

Fabulous Sestri Levante Apartment

I spent 10 wonderful days in this fabulous apartment. The property is located in an excellent spot, close to amazing food and shopping. Just 2 minutes walk to local markets, 5 minutes to the train station. Easy access to TWO beautiful beaches! The apartment is very, very nice. Simple decorations, no clutter! The windows open to the pedestrian only path, with the sounds of music and village chatter (very charming!) The apartment was stocked with any and everything one would need. The kitchen enables you to cook local food if you choose. We kept the fridge stocked with Italian Birra and tasty local meats and cheese. Best of all the host Cecilia was there to make sure our stay was perfect! Can't wait to go back next summer! Ciao!

Buona la posizione vicino al mare ma l'appartamento invivibile. Senza aria condizionata si moriva di caldo c'erano sempre in casa 29 gradi nonostante due ventilatori datati sempre accesi . senza forno a microonde e la televisione non prendeva bene i canali.sconsigliato.
