  • Upmarket residence ROYAL VILLEROY, with swimming pool located just a few steps from Villeroy Beach and the long stretches of beaches with their restaurants, ice cream parlours, beach huts... and cycle path!



    Fully equipped and furnished apartment with great taste, ideal for dropping your bags and enjoying a beautiful holiday with your feet in the water!

    Located on the 1st floor (with lift). T2 of 49m² with capacity for 4 people. One bedroom with king size bed (160x200) and large storage, a bathroom with walk-in shower completely renovated, separate toilet with washing machine and a bright living area with access to the 13m² furnished terrace (table + 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers). A 2-seater sofa bed (140), TV, dining area and kitchenette (hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, utensils....).



    The terrace offers you a view of Mont St Clair and the Mediterranean Sea.

    Private underground parking space.

    Swimming pool open in season.



    Non-smoking apartment - No pets allowed.

    Sheets and towels not included. Rental possible, please contact us.

Agréable séjour

Appartement idéalement situé à Sète. Proche de la plage, des commerces et des lignes de bus. Équipé de façon optimale pour ne manquer de rien ! Pour un meilleur rapport qualité / prix, une climatisation aurait été appréciée (surtout en période de canicule.) Réfrigérateur un peu juste pour 4 personnes

Bel appartement dans une résidence bien entretenue et moderne. Le plus gros problème est la cuisine: les plaques électriques d'abord qui étaient en fin de vie. Très vieilles, on ne voyait pas quelle plaque les boutons commandaient ni la puissance...Ne chauffaient que très lentement. Elles sont tombées en panne avant la fin de notre séjour et nous n'avons pu nous faire à manger les 2 derniers jours. Ensute le frigo: celui-ci est beaucoup trop petit pour accueillir 4 personnes , qui plus est en periode estivale. Il ne marchait pas non plus très bien ( ne refroidissait pas tellement - sans doute faisait-il trop chaud). Un 2èem ventilateur pour les personnes qui dorment dans le salon est plus que nécessaire. Nous avons dû en acheter un.
