Residence le Domaine du Golfe in the heart of the protected area of the state forest of pierres blanches.



Welcome to this spacious four-room apartment for 6 people of 93 m².



Its south-facing terrace offers you a unique panoramic view of the sea, the Listel vineyard as well as the Thau Basin.



The kitchen is equipped with 3 ceramic hob plates, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.



On the night side, 3 beautiful bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).



Bathroom with large shower and toilet.

The accommodation has another toilet (separate).

Séjour à Sète en famille

Vue splendide sur la mer et l'étang de Thau L'accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite est à discuter avec le conseil syndical... Malgré la carte d'invalide, j'ai été embêtée par une chaîne placée en pleine côte pour éviter que les voitures ne montent se garer sur les places handicapés! Et si j'avais été en fauteuil roulant comment aurais-je pu descendre et monter de ma voiture pour enlever et remettre cette maudite cette chaine?

Séjour à Sète

Nous avons apprécié la vue et la piscine et la ville de Sète. Par contre niveau propreté, nous avons constaté que certains ustensiles de cuisine n'étaient pas propre. Le lave linge faisait un bruit monstrueux, il a même bougé. Nous avons décidé de ne plus l'utiliser. Dommage car cela était compris dans le prix de la location. Il y avait en plus le bouton de la chasse d'eau mal fixé. la prise murale dans la salle de bain non fixée également. En tant que client, on s'attend à ce que tout soit en bon état.

Quel dommage !!!

L'appartement (s'il avait été en état ), l'environnement, la vue sont fort appréciables. Mais l'agence n'a procédé à aucun ménage depuis ... longtemps, c'était d'une saleté repoussante, nous avons passé toute la soirée à nettoyer au minimum ! Aucun état des lieux en présence d'une personne de l'agence alors que beaucoup de choses sont cassées ( WC : fuite, plaque de cuisson : fêlée, cassée ), et d'autres très endommagées ou manquantes ( alarme incendie ... ). Bref je ne recommande absolument pas malgré un appartement qui a un beau potentiel ( espace, vue, calme, belle piscine ) mais qui n'est pas géré.
