    Reversible air conditioning in the living room and TV.

    A modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a combination microwave oven, and a 2-burner induction cooktop. The dining area is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.

Logement très agréable très bien situé proche de tous les commerces et accessible à pieds en 20 minutes au centre de Sète. Immeuble sécurisé. Quartier très Calme avec vue mer. L entrée dans le parking peut cependant être difficile pour des gros vehicules.
