Holiday rentals in Sète: Very bright studio cabin with 25 m2 of living space, located in a residence facing the beach. It is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The beach is 30m away, and shops 400m away. The living room is composed of a convertible sofa, storage unit and television, an equipped kitchenette (2 electric hotplates, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a washing machine.)
In the separate and airy cabin, there are two bunk beds.
A parking space is provided for this apartment at n°359, closed by an automatic gate and guard within the residence. Bicycle storage in residence. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
