Situated on the 1st floor (no elevator), this fabulous 4-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking views of the waterfront on the Île Singulière. It is ideally located in the heart of the city. This apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with a 140-size bed. It has an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, stovetop, electric kettle, etc.). The living area offers Wi-Fi but does not have a television. For your comfort, you’ll find a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. You can enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony and even have breakfast there thanks to the provided furniture! Please note that check-in is self-service starting at 4:00 PM. You must stop by the concierge desk before heading to your accommodation’s address. If you arrive before 6:00 PM, we’ll be happy to meet you; otherwise, you can pick up your keys on your own (24/7). All arrival information will be sent to you 48 hours before the start of your stay via your Airbnb inbox. You can reach us via Airbnb messaging or WhatsApp. We do not charge a cleaning fee so that we can offer the best rate. Please leave the place clean upon your departure. Our housekeeper will then come by to disinfect the surfaces, restock the linens, and replenish the supplies. If you’d prefer not to clean, you can add an optional service for an additional fee once your reservation is confirmed. For your comfort and to help you travel light, you’ll find the following upon arrival: A clean place to stay! All linens: sheets (bed made), bath towels, dish towels.
