The 40 m² property consists of a living room, an open bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix access, a washing machine in the common area, and a pool towel. You can also enjoy a ping-pong table. The accommodation features an outdoor space with a garden, communal pool, air conditioning, terrace, and outdoor shower. A communal kitchen is available. The use of barbecues is prohibited by law.

Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels, and sustainable materials have been used for building insulation. Access is conveniently managed via an app. There is no staff except for maintenance and no additional services. Barbecues are prohibited by law.
