Ana´s Apartments is located in the center of Sines and offers stunning views of the historic city center. It offers the unique opportunity to enjoy moments of tranquility through the surrounding landscape, as well as being the ideal place to explore the city's icons or to venture into water sports. Featuring an open-plan design, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a living room with dining area.

Parking
Street parking is free and generally safe. However, we recommend due care.
Park of the Castle: 200 meters - Rua João de Deus 4 (37.955282, -8. 865716).
Municipal Park: 270 meters - Gago Coutinho 3A Street (37.956171, -8. 864729).

Accessibility
Access to the building is via stairs and is not advisable for disabled people.
Two Bedroom Apartment: 1st floor - 18 steps.
Apartment with sea view: 2nd floor - 34 steps.

Safety
For security, property, facilities and individuals reasons, access to the Ana´s Apartments building is under the surveillance of a closed circuit television with image and sound recording and recording.
For protection of all users, keep the building door closed.

Reception (Floor 0)
Ana's Apartments team is present at the reception:
Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm;
Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Accommodation Bulletins
All short-term accommodation in Portugal is required to communicate the presence and identity of all guests to the Portuguese Immigration and Border Service (SEF).

Check In and Check Out
The check-in process requires proof of booking and identification of all guests.
Apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Before leaving, you should leave the apartment organized and dirty dishes in the respective machine.

Equipment
The apartments have all the amenities we think are necessary for a pleasant stay.
All utensils were rigorously inventoried. The customer is responsible for furniture, appliances and any other objects inside the apartments. Any loss, theft or misuse will be charged to the person responsible for booking.

Cleaning and services
The apartments are fully equipped with bed and bath linen as well as kitchenware.
General cleaning of the apartment during the stay will only apply for bookings over 10 nights.
Cleaning hours: 12:00 to 15:00 hours.
All spaces contain waste sorting and sorting units. Collection is only practiced at the end of the stay.
Optional laundry service is available upon customer request (for a fee).
Rates applied do not include meals.

Children and extra beds
All children stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
No extra beds or baby cots are applicable.

Smokers
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and common areas.
If any damage is caused by smoking without permission or if we are unable to dispose of the apartments for a certain period of time due to the odor resulting from the smoke, the person responsible for the reservation will be charged for the damage and period of disuse.

Pets
They are not allowed.

Internet and TV channels
All spaces have free Wi-Fi.
The apartments feature high definition fiber optic channels. If your apartment has a box, you should tune in to HDMI 1 and then turn on the receiver to select the desired channel. If your apartment does not have a box, you should choose the channels using only the television control.

Air conditioning
To select the operating mode, COOL or HEAT mode, you must do the following:
1. Select the "MODE" button for COOL or HEAT;
2. Select the FAN button in auto mode;
3 Select the desired temperature on the "TEMP" button;
4 Turn on the air conditioner with the "ON / OFF" button
All equipment installed in the apartment must operate with the windows closed and in the same cycle, cooling or heating.

Booking Cancellation
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to invite unregistered visitors to the apartments. We reserve the right to dislodge all registered and unregistered guests and cancel the reservation.
All users must respect the stay of other guests and neighbors of the building. We reserve the right to dislodge all customers who cause noise or disturbance in apartments and common areas.
