Maison confortable, pratique, belle piscine

Maison confortable; excellente literie ; mobilier fonctionnel ; salle de bain moderne ; cuisine moderne et bien équipée ; l’air traversait la maison mais elle est aussi équipée de climatisation ; télévision et jeux à disposition ; magnifique table de jardin design en pierre, pour des repas conviviaux à l’extérieur ; jardin avec végétation variée et verdoyante ; piscine de belle taille pour de bons moments en famille ; située au calme dans un petit village, au milieu des vignes. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique.

Schönes Haus in günstiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Empfang und Begrüßung waren super, das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen mehr als reichlich ausgestattet, der Pool ist sauber und schön. Probleme vor Ort wurden sofort und freundlich erledigt. Schade, dass es nur ein Badezimmer gab, aber das war in der Beschreibung auch so erwähnt. Die Entfernung zu Lissabon und die ruhige Lage machten es zu einem guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen.

Foram 3 dias muito bons em família com crianças. A casa tem todas as comodidades e uma boa piscina, bastante abrigada, excelente para as crianças se divertirem o dia todo. A localização é óptima, perto da Arrábida e Azeitão permitindo o acesso às praias mas também a passeios pela serra. O responsável pela habitação foi muito prestável e simpático estando sempre disponível para o que for preciso. 5 estrelas

une location bas de gamme !!!

je viens de passer 2 mois malheureusement(Février et Mars) dans cette location !! Et quelle déception par rapport aux promesses de l'annonce ! En effet, cette maison n'est pas du tout faite pour être louée dans les périodes allant de novembre à Avril !! car très mal isolée sur le plan thermique et phonique, des ouvertures et fermetures qui datent du début du siècle, pas entretenues et laissant passer vent, froid et pluie !! A part la cuisine, le mobilier est comme la maison, sans aucun effort de qualité, un petite table pour 4 pers maximum et 2 chaises dans la salle à manger/ salon qui culmine à 12m2 avec dans le même espace, un canapé désué et inconfortable de 2 places et 2 petit cabriolés pour enfants !! une seule salle de bain-wc petite; Les chambres, 2 en bas avec des lits en métal qui grinces chaque fois que l'on bouge !! et 2 autres chambres en grenier, accessibles par un escalier de meunier très dangereux pour des enfants ou des personnes agées !!! Bref une location au rapport qualité/prix injustifié et donc a fuir dans la période d'automne au printemps !!! tous juste acceptable les mois d'été et certainement pas équipée pour le nombre de personnes annoncés ! et en plus à l'écart de tous les commerces présents à 8 kms, mais par contre à coté d'un chenil de 4 chiens qui hurlent et aboient presque toutes les nuits !!!

Peu mieux faire.

Séjour au calme...mais...:une seule place de stationnement dans la propriété qui plus est très étroite...maison annoncée 4chambres ( 8personnes!) ,une chambre en mezzanine! pour y accéder escalier de meunier ( grand mamie..grand papi n’y montent pas ! Ni jeunes enfants...) Volets bois : fermeture difficile (2 personnes nécessaires). Une seule S.d.B ..WC ..beaucoup trop juste pour le nombre de personnes annoncée ... pièce principale non conçue pour recevoir plus de 4 adultes..surtout en cas de temps pluvieux! Une grande table extérieur mais néant pour l’intérieur... Cuisine non fonctionnelle ( pas de rangement pour l’alimentaire).le trop de vaisselle encombre tout..et pas de déplacement à plus de deux dans la cuisine... Mauvaise impression d’entrée..odeur de renfermé, d’humidité voir d’urine (WC)..malgré eau de javel utilisée...tapis dans une chambre (Rez de chaussé )...puces sur nos deux petits chiens dès le lendemain...

Tranquilidade e paz

Fim-de-semana longe da confusão da cidade, a 30 min de Lx, num local calmo e tranquilo, com as todas as condições necessárias para uma familia de 4 (com acomodações para mais 4).Adorámos a casa e a localização.Tivemos a sorte de apanhar em Outubro temperaturas de Verão, por isso a piscina e o espaço exterior foram bem aproveitados. Sem duvida uma experiência a repetir.Obrigada ao João pela sua disponibilidade.
