Great place!

Spent six nights at Carol's wonderful place. Highly recommended. For people concerned about sand, in March 2025 there is beach - we spent evenings on the chairs in the sand watching the sun set.

Regal beach club vacation

The property was beautiful so clean and exactly as in the pictures. There was a small beach when we were there. The condo complex itself was quiet and very relaxing. No fighting for chairs by the pool or on the beach. It was our first time there and the people are all so nice and the restaurants were all good. We will definitely be back.

It is conviently located next to the Marriott which has a good food options and restaurants across the street. Not to mention the property is oceanfront in your backyard.

Great condo in good location!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very enjoyable suite and a good fit for our family. Management was very responsive team to any issues we faced. Would definitely stay here again. Note that Seven Mile Beach currently has very little beach area left, probably due to storms, and not aware of any plans to replenish it.

Great place

Property was very nice. All people we interacted with were very pleasant. Pools were nice. Just a shame that the beach was gone. Not the fault of the resort. Mother nature had other plans.

Fully stocked with everything you need. Especially helpful when coming from out of the country. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Beach has eroded but the water and snorkeling is amazing! We were there planning a wedding. We loved it!

Wonderful Condo

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect location, clean and fully stocked. No beach and very rocky area to enter the water but amazing once you get in further. Water shoes recommended. Peppers restaurant across the street is a must. Would definitely rent again.

Exactly as Pictured

Two adults stayed in this lovely condo for spring break 2024. The kitchen is well-outfitted, the bedrooms are roomy, and having two bathrooms is a wonderful treat. I would stay on this property again. The only "surprise" was no beach front to swim on our property. We were often found in pool chairs overlooking the ocean, but no direct beach access.

Heaven on 7 mile

So fortunate to have wonderful family vacation time at Regal Beach Club. Perfect location close to several incredible restaurants and just a short walk to Camana Bay. We played Pickleball every morning and then cooled off and enjoyed the amazing water all afternoon long. Sadly almost no beach left but we are floated, swam and paddle-boarded up and down the coast. If we really wanted to play in the sand it was only 40-50 feet away.

Quiet and clean!

The Pros: the condo complex is well maintained and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location to restaurants was awesome - we walked to many places. The host was easy to communicate with and everything in the condo was as described. Fully stocked with fun water toys to borrow! You can snorkel right off the property Cons: there is no beach. When we booked almost a year ago, there was a beach which is why we booked here. The beach has been eroded and the water is up to the sea wall. This was a bummer but we found other beaches to visit.

Hi, if you are looking to take strolls on the beach and an updated unit I would look elsewhere. The units was clean and the area is safe but we were anticipating a better location and updated condo.

Nice place to Stay

This location was nice. It is located right next to the Marriott. The pictures are accurate. The unit has a full pool and sunset view. If I had a negative to share, it would be 7 mile beach is not longer. Not in this area. Another negative, there are no elevators, and it is a 3 story location. If staying a week and you need groceries, Kirks is just mintues to the north, be prepared to spend a lot of money for food, its expensive. (Whether you go out or get groceries) The security on property is pretty good about non-residents that try to pass through, are asked to leave. Beach towels and other linens are in this unit, along with all detergents. I would recommend this unit, it is on the 2nd floor, for any travelers, families, couples etc.

Excellent Trip

The overall experience at this location was nothing less than fantastic. The property was perfectly located and the place was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. My wife and I went with some friends of ours, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. There are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance, but did find it quite nice to have rented a car. This granted us the opportunity to visit most of the island, and go to various different beaches. The water was crystal clear, making it a prime destination for snorkeling. The only disappointing part was the lack of beach at this location. There is a retaining wall that leads directly to the ocean, but there is virtually no beach and it’s pretty rocky so I reccomended brining some sort of water shoes if you plan to spend much time in the water. We were able to book the stingray encounter in addition to visiting the local caves. Both were a must see adding to the experience of this trip. The island felt incredibly safe, and would highly reccomended this for all couples but especially those with kids or families.

Grand cayman

This was our 12th visit to Grand Cayman and have stayed at many properties on 7 mile beach. This was probably the worst property that we stayed at in our many times to the island Owner seemed annoyed that we booked through VRBO rather than directly with them Misinformation given to us through VRBO included no passcode for the lock on the entrance door to the unit, no beach, incorrect Wi-Fi passcode, icemaker did not work in the refrigerator, air-conditioning unit serviced while we were there without any prior notification that the service man was coming or authorized to enter the unit. Pool water was cold.The “hot” tub was unheated. One positive was that the security guards were very helpful and friendly. They were very effective at keeping the day trippers and the cruisers from entering the property. The other positive was that the cleaning staff were very helpful with our check-in and checkout process.

Condo was great. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The highlight for us was the sunsets every evening. You’re just not going to find a better sunset from the balcony.
