Welcome to our beautiful second-floor condo, perfectly located on the stunning Seven Mile Beach. Seven Mile Beach may experience seasonal changes due to natural sand migration and erosion. Consequently, Regal Beach Club cannot always guarantee the beach's availability or size. We appreciate your understanding that no refunds will be issued for any issues beyond our control regarding beach conditions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We highly recommend that all guests secure their reservations with Travel/Trip/Cancellation Insurance. We do not provide this insurance, and guests are responsible for selecting and purchasing their policies.

MAID SERVICE
Daily maid service is not included in your stay. However, we are happy to arrange it for an additional charge.

The ocean view from the veranda is beautiful. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped. The host is friendly, helpful and replies immediately if you have a question. There is plenty of seating in the pool area. The beach is very narrow in front of the complex which limits seating on the beach itself - otherwise a 5 star experience.

Condo was great. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The highlight for us was the sunsets every evening. You’re just not going to find a better sunset from the balcony.

Great place!

Spent six nights at Carol's wonderful place. Highly recommended. For people concerned about sand, in March 2025 there is beach - we spent evenings on the chairs in the sand watching the sun set.

Regal beach club vacation

The property was beautiful so clean and exactly as in the pictures. There was a small beach when we were there. The condo complex itself was quiet and very relaxing. No fighting for chairs by the pool or on the beach. It was our first time there and the people are all so nice and the restaurants were all good. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and clean!

The Pros: the condo complex is well maintained and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location to restaurants was awesome - we walked to many places. The host was easy to communicate with and everything in the condo was as described. Fully stocked with fun water toys to borrow! You can snorkel right off the property Cons: there is no beach. When we booked almost a year ago, there was a beach which is why we booked here. The beach has been eroded and the water is up to the sea wall. This was a bummer but we found other beaches to visit.

Great condo in good location!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very enjoyable suite and a good fit for our family. Management was very responsive team to any issues we faced. Would definitely stay here again. Note that Seven Mile Beach currently has very little beach area left, probably due to storms, and not aware of any plans to replenish it.

Exactly as Pictured

Two adults stayed in this lovely condo for spring break 2024. The kitchen is well-outfitted, the bedrooms are roomy, and having two bathrooms is a wonderful treat. I would stay on this property again. The only "surprise" was no beach front to swim on our property. We were often found in pool chairs overlooking the ocean, but no direct beach access.

Nice place to Stay

This location was nice. It is located right next to the Marriott. The pictures are accurate. The unit has a full pool and sunset view. If I had a negative to share, it would be 7 mile beach is not longer. Not in this area. Another negative, there are no elevators, and it is a 3 story location. If staying a week and you need groceries, Kirks is just mintues to the north, be prepared to spend a lot of money for food, its expensive. (Whether you go out or get groceries) The security on property is pretty good about non-residents that try to pass through, are asked to leave. Beach towels and other linens are in this unit, along with all detergents. I would recommend this unit, it is on the 2nd floor, for any travelers, families, couples etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Read the description of the property VERY carefully. There is no beach at all whatsoever. None. The no refund policy is very clearly stated, so do not be fooled into paying a ton of money like we did and then have to rent a car to drive to a beach. After we had already booked I started seeing the reviews about there being no beach. I figured we would just sit in the chairs on the sea wall and then go into the water when we wanted. No such luck. If there are ANY waves, you can't go into the ocean at all because it is so rocky that you will just get thrashed against the rocks. Rent a place inland for a quarter of the price instead and drive to a beach like you will have to do if you stay here. The unit itself is tired, the vanities in both bathrooms are chipping and need to be replaced. For that much money things should really be perfect. If this place were $250/night and had an accurate listing description - no beach, can't swim in the ocean here it would get a 5 star rating. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of cookware and dishes. It was really the only positive. The hotel next door was under construction the whole time we were there as well and we were woken every morning except Sunday by construction noise. It was absurdly expensive for a place where you cannot swim and there is zero beach.

No Beach:( Older Unit

Hi, if you are looking to take strolls on the beach and an updated unit I would look elsewhere. The units was clean and the area is safe but we were anticipating a better location and updated condo.
