By 7 am all the pool chairs were spoken for even though by 11 am more than half still never had people sitting in them (some going to beach!) Disappointing that staff never dealt with that. The apartment was just as shown on photos, clean, spacious and great view of canal. Pool was amazing, kids enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately the washer broke after the 1st use. Lisa at the main office tried her best to find us a new one but still issues with it before we left.
