“By far the best host we have ever stayed with. We appreciated Patsy checking in on us shortly after we arrived and valued her recommendations. The house is absolutely adorable and we loved that it was decorated for Christmas when we were there in January. Three bedrooms plus an extra living space with a cozy fireplace made our family of 8 comfortable and gave the kids plenty of space to play. We also loved that the kids had space to play outside. “Enjoyed our stay very much. 8 adults and 3 young children. Pictures and description are accurate. Home is up mountain short distance from Wears Valley Road, a very easy drive on paved road. Looks newly remodeled inside. Game area for kids, living room, large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Very clean. Porch around home. Everyone loved the clean hot tub. Lots of outdoor chairs for porch sittings. Lighted area for fire pit. Great view over open field from front porch. Saw a bear, woodchuck,……

Loved the location but definitely pay attention to directions- it takes a moment to find- but appreciated having some space from the crowds. We had some dogs barking incessantly during the evening which was a bit frustrating at night and one evening some work being done next door which was a bit loud. Other than that- loved the home and amenities.”
