“We booked this stay specifically for the water park and proximity to the national park. We were happy with the proximity to the park and the room matched description. Unfortunately room smelled like marijuana through the stay. It is is not clearly stated but the waterpark is NOT included. It would have cost our family $130. It was a small waterpark and we chose not to spend this amount of money for what was offered. We did attempt to visit the outdoor pool which was nicely heated. The pool snack……

“We love it here . Close to everything walking distance , parking is great love that they have inside pool and outside . The only thing was the inside pool was to strong on chlorine but still enjoyed the outside pool . Will be coming back .”

“Our stay at Dollywood was truly magical. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the property—the scenery is just stunning and really adds to the overall experience. At night, we would turn the t.v on and were able to listen to Dolly read stories. It was pretty awesome. If I had one small complaint,……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice. The place is very nice but the parking and the room/parking card was a real……
