「Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again」

My one and only complaint was the pull out mattress for the couch needs to be upgrade to something better other than that this is a excellent place to stay with your family. 」

「My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...
