Awesome Time

We had a great family Reunion at the Lodge. Awesome view and several bears came to visit. Lots of rooms and game room was added bonus for the younger generation

Great Family Gathering Location

It was a great place for our three generation get away. The game room on the top floor and the movie room on the first were great hits with the kids. The large tables on the main floor were great for meals, gathering for conversations and game nights for all generations. We have only one negative, it was not clear in the description that the pool was about a mile away. This is a great location for family gatherings!

Family Early Thanksgiving

We truly enjoyed our stay. Here are recommendations to the owner/manager install blinds (front door & front window), provide a broom & dustpan, mop bucket and an ironing board.

Christmas getaway

Overall the stay was amazing. The property looked just like the pictures and the view was amazing. The host was very responsive. My only recommendation would be to add a smart tv. Having a smart tv will enhance the movie room giving guest access to more movie titles through streaming services. Highly recommend this property.

Great Experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about Hearthside Rentals. This was our first experience with them, and they were excellent to work with. The cabin was very nice, but the kitchen and den area were smaller in person than I expected from viewing the pictures. That’s okay because we were able to make it work. However, we’ll be trying another cabin from Hearthside next time.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

The house is very spacious and was appropriate for 17 adults and 4 children under age 12. We all enjoyed the opportunity of being under one roof. The guest appearance from the neighborhood bear provided extra excitement (no danger just a sighting). The house was neat, clean and well equipped with everything we needed even pots and pans. We truly enjoyed, would recommend and plan to visit again. Please note, it is TRULY in the mountains.
