The Space:

Settle into a warm, family-friendly cabin designed for easy gathering and restful nights. The home sleeps 8 across one private bedroom, a spacious loft with multiple sleeping options, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath.

Relax after a day of exploring with a soak in the private hot tub or a friendly game on the pool table. Inside, you’ll find TVs for movie nights, a PS3 in the loft nook, and WiFi for staying connected. A seasonal gas fireplace (October–March) sets a cozy scene on cooler evenings. A washer and dryer make longer stays simple. Outside, fire up the BBQ grill for casual cookouts.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles in a private gravel driveway.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access areas of the home.

• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability (including cell service) can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Security Camera: An exterior camera is located on the front deck overlooking the driveway and entrance (exterior/common areas only).

• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
