We had a great first trip as a family and this house was perfect for our needs! Only complaint was the hot tub, but other than that it was amazing!

Charming and Cozy

We loved Julia’s Farmhouse. Five of us stayed (4 adults and one 4 yo child) and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean on our arrival. We enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit and morning coffee on the front porch. The house had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable; our grandson even slept in. We also loved the home’s location in the countryside. Will definitely be back!

Nice home in the Smokies!

This house was well provisioned. We had 4 adults and two kids. AC was set at a comfortable temp when we arrived at the home. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean (though we didn’t use it). Furnishings were very beautiful. Lots of dishes, pots and pans for meals in the house. One minor issue was the upper level of the home needed more attention to cleaning. We cleaned several Spider webs with both live spiders and dead bugs. One Bath towel and bath mat in upstairs bath was not clean. Overall, Would stay here again.
