Very clean and nice the single bed mattress wasn’t very good and living room remote didn’t work right but other then that we had no complaints

Description was accurate

Looked just like the pictures. Could’ve been a little cleaner. It was clean but top bunk had some crumbs in the bed and the floor was a little dirty. Overall it was good. A little overpriced but couldn’t find anything else, especially last minute.

Amazing Family Holiday

Our family met at the condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. Six adults had plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The 20 year olds LOVED the bunk beds! The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked an entire thanksgiving feast! The hot tub was a bonus. We loved every second of our stay there and kept saying how nice the condo was. The neighborhood was very nice. Stores and restaurants are close by along with lots of attractions. The young adults went to Sevier Air trampoline and ninja warrior park and had a blast! Thank you Kate and Abe for providing this perfect experience.

First visit to the area

Was very happy with the property. It was clean and exactly as listed. It was in a great location, not too far from all the attractions. It was very quiet too. I would rent again.

Not Acceptable

If this were our first VRBO experience, it would be our last. We were so disappointed in this stay. You have a lot of choices in the area, so make a different choice. The unit that we stayed in did not match the pictures on the internet. I wish there was a place here to upload the pictures that we took of filth and broken blinds. It was filthy! The first thing I had to do was to sweep the floor. We took a picture of the pile of dirt and debris. If the owner had paid someone to clean for them, they should demand a refund and send it to us. I then had to mop the floors. There was dirt and caked-on food on the floors. I took a picture of the mop water; it was black. It was beyond anything that I had ever seen. After that initial experience, I didn't trust the cleanliness of the beds or baths. If this had been a hotel room, I would have gone to the desk to ask for a different room. This location is so undesirable. It is so far off of the parkway that it makes everything inconvenient. The roads to get there are curvy and dangerous. The surrounding neighborhoods are very sketchy. The accommodations were just not acceptable and made me question using VRBO again. We have used this site for years and have not had a problem, but to have an experience like this with no recourse for a refund or compensation is just not acceptable.

Close to Dollywood

I believe the owner owns several properties and uses the same set of photos for each property. There were items not included during my stay which was listed, I.e., arcade, coffee pot, 5th bed. A little misleading. But, if your going to Dollywood and only looking to crash, this is the place for a small family.

Nice place to stay

Small, but comfortable, recently renovated apartment fourplex. Owner has spent time and money making the space clean, simple, and cozy. We had a family of four, and never needed anyvmore space than we had. We would definitely go back
