Place was very clean. Area was very quiet and easy to get to. Loved using the hot tub each night after walking around a ton. Would definitely stay here again. The free tickets also helped to save money on activities we already planned to do.

Cabin was nice. Check-in at 4PM and check-out at 10AM was 6 hours short of 2 days. Cabin was ready long before 4. There was a cabin directly above us that was noisy after midnight and offered little privacy had we been able to use the hot tub that was not usable on the day we arrived. The actual cabin was nice although we really never used the kitchen or appliances...just the TV.

The cabin was clean and well equipped. The location was wonderful to Pigeon Forge. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, with the help of staff we were able to fix it as a team, once I located the breaker box outside for it, it did trip and once reset it worked perfectly. Only thing wrong upon arrival was the hand rail to front porch was broken and the steps were a little steep, so had to use back door mainly. Saturday night when I used master bathroom sink to brush teeth as we mainly used center bathroom to wash hands and brush teeth, I noticed the sink faucet was loose. The master bed had slump in it from possibly not being turned or being the most used side of the bed. Pull out bed in couch was uncomfortable. Would recommend adding a foam topper for future guest or replacing it. Other than those minor things, the cabin is stunning and very cozy and comfortable! I would recommend this cabin to my family and friends and I will love to rent this cabin again in the future.
