Beautiful View

Beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains! Be sure to watch the sunset from the back deck! We enjoyed our time relaxing at the cabin between activities.

Perfect Cabin for Beautiful Views

Wonderful Property

My family enjoyed staying at this cabin. Every night you can see the fireworks and drone show from Dollywood. The cabin is very close to everything you want too see in pigeon forge . We will definitely be going back !!!!

Spectacular mountain views

The property was a perfect getaway. Up in the mountains but still close to everything. You can even see the Dollywood Summer Celebration fireworks and drone show from the cabin.

Amazing!

This place was wonderful for our family and safe for a toddler. The view was absolutely beautiful and the house was gorgeously decorated and homey. The location was close to town but far enough away for us to fully enjoy the views with peace and quiet. The owner was very polite and answered all of our questions and concerns and was very helpful before and during our trip. I recommend this place to anyone (family or by yourself) for an amazing stay in Pigeon Forge.

Perfect for a family

Amazing house and views Just the way it was shown in pictures quiet and safe neighbourhood Close to Dollywood we were able to watch the fireworks from the house Minor issues Kitchen appliances need’ a bit of an update Coffee machine did not work and I understand it’s hard for anyone to attend just for that so we managed it Dish washer is a flaky as well Justin was good in responding most of the times Overall very happy with the stay and don’t mind staying again if I am in the area Thanks Justin

A cabin with a great view in a great location!

The view is what makes this cabin! The cabin itself is in need of some reinvestments to bring up to par. You will have to cycle drier twice to get the towels dry. The microwave is not operational. Steps going into property are in need of replacing. WiFi was poor at best meaning we could not watch TV due to consistent buffering. I would not recommend for those with smaller children as some of the deck rails are in need of replacement. With that said, hot tub was nice. We enjoyed the pool table. The view is amazing. With all of that said, we have rented this cabin twice in last 10 months. Hoping the review will get attention and encourage repairs before our next trip!

Great view

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was as described. Nice views of mountains and overlooking downtown Pigeon Forge at a distance. Very winding drive up, but that’s how to get the best views. We could see some of the Dollywood rides and heard the train whistle. The train whistle was nostalgic for some of us, while others didn’t care for it. The couch has recliners on each end which were the desired seats. The other two chairs are straight back which were ok for sitting, not lounging. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Open floor plan upstairs with even better views. We cooked breakfast using the stocked kitchen. I brought my own extra towels and glad I did, because we use more than what is provided. Would stay here again.

Great location and Amazing Views

The property worked well for our stay and the location is great. The views are awesome. We enjoyed watching the Dollywood fireworks display and drone show from the balcony. The property itself is in need of a deep clean and some updates. The kitchen setup is pretty difficult to us so I wouldn't plan on cooking any gourmet meals. It works fine for breakfast and prepping cooler lunches for the day. Their are minimal kitchen items and the dishwasher is difficult to use because you can't open it while standing at the sink. I recommend taking plenty of paper and disposable products. Only 1 bath towel is provided per person and it doesn't even cover your body. Either supply more towels or buy larger nice towels.

Pleasant stay

Location high above Pigeon Forge area with great view of mountains and city below. Nice cabin as described but in need of some general maintenance. It was evident that this property is used strictly as rental property compared to other cabins on the street. Upon arrival main TV not operational but replaced quickly next day when reported! Old misc electronic devices and wires around fireplace/TV that needs to updated or removed. No clear instruction about wifi but found username and PW on box near fireplace. Foosh Ball table but no balls included. Microwave works but very load and will need to be replaced before long. I will say my expectations where high due to price and photos. Although not perfect, I would definitely stay here again due to location and view. Just don’t expect like new accommodations.

Beautiful Cabin in Pigeon Forge

Beautiful cabin that needs more love from property management. Weve rented alot of cabins, and while this one checked all the boxes, the management company does not do the owners justice. The cleanliness could be improved. It was storming when we arrived and the entire wall, top to bottom was leaking water. I was told by an "assistant" to go ahead and clean it up with the provided towels (3). After back and forth conversation they agreed to provide more towels that evening, originally not wanting to bring them until the next day. After reading the guest book, this has been an ongoing problem. Luckily we had wonderful weather the rest of the stay. We were short on silverware and glass ware and some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard. The owner was great at communicating thru the app and actually refunded us a $100, which was very kind. The cabin is in a great location for beautiful scenery and mountain views and for visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would rent from the owner again, but not thru Avada as I feel the property management side is lacking, which is why the 4 star review.

Amazing little cabin!

If you are trying to decide what cabin to book in the Smokies, this is it! It was the perfect size for my family - me, spouse, 2 kids under 10. Would be great for 2 couples as well. First, the location is ideal. Very close to the parkway but away from the traffic. You literally overlook Dollywood and can even see the ferris wheel at The Island. Even though you can see these attractions, you still have a completely amazing views of the mountains - the balconies are perfect for sitting with your coffee and enjoying the view. You do hear some thrill screams and the train horn from Dollywood during the day and the fireworks at night. So if you want silence, maybe look elsewhere. We loved being able to watch the fireworks from the balconies but found the best viewing of the fireworks and drone show to be the table in the loft with the checkerboard! Second, the cabin is in a well established resort community which provides extra amenities like a playground and pool area. They also have well kept roads and video surveillance which adds to a safe environment. Parking is right at your cabin and there is parking near the playground and pool areas as well. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen items and starter toiletries and soaps were a bonus! All beds and seating areas were clean and comfortable. Finally, the host is wonderful and very prompt with communication. If you have any questions, just ask! We definitely will book this cabin again!

Great location, just above DollyWood. You can easily see the strip in Pigeon Forge, especially at night. The cabin is fully furnished. We always eat breakfast in the cabin, and eat out in the evenings. Great property and host. Easy check-in and check-out. You will enjoy your stay here.
