Peaceful cabin retreat in a quiet, secluded resort setting—Southern Comfort is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The spacious living area features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open floor plan keeps the kitchen and living space connected, making it easy to gather and enjoy time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside to the back deck where you’ll find a charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor seating for a laid-back cookout. Downstairs, enjoy a theater area, plus a game room complete with a foosball table, air hockey table, bar area, Smart TV, and additional seating—perfect for a fun night in.

There’s a washer and dryer for your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the cabin, and the lower deck leads right out to a private hot tub. Southern Comfort offers a peaceful mountain escape while still being close to all the action in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Wears Valley.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!
** This property has an outside security camera facing the front door/main entrance.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
