Short weekend to gatlinburg

This was a last minute Trip to gatlinburg. Lawrence was amazing. Good communicator and easy check in process. He was prompt to respond and property was exactly as described. Very close to Dollywood and the hot tub for my 2 daughters (age 10,13) was a plus! Would highly recommend staying here again.

This property was perfect for our needs. The kids had fun with the huge bunk bed and arcade cabinet in their room, and the location couldn't have been better in a quiet neighborhood. It was also an easy quick drive to Dollywood and downtown Sevierville. Gatlinburg is only 30 minutes away, so there are lots of things to do during the day, and a quiet neighborhood to come back to. The hot tub on the back deck was also a hit with the family. Highly recommend this place.

Great For Families

The location was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. The host communicated well and have me all the info I needed. The area was gorgeous and safe and tucked away from the commotion, so we could have quiet time when we went doing anything and sleep soundly. The kids loved it and we were able to enjoy it like it was home. It just needed newer/ more kitchenware to make cooking there a little easier for the family.

I was just not happy with the fact that the pictures posted was not what I walked into. Also there were a couple of things that were not clean. The location was great and the property manager was easy to get in contact with. All the information I needed was available. Ok place to stay for the weekend.

Family getaway

We took the kids here for a long weekend. They had a blast and enjoyed the bunk room. The location wasn’t quite what we expected, but it was still pretty close to everything we wanted to do. It’s nestled at the end of a little subdivision and it was pretty quiet/peaceful there. Some of the pictures weren’t of this actual property, but everything was pretty accurately represented in the photos of the listing. The property was very clean inside and out on arrival. We also had wonderful communication with Lawrence throughout our stay. He responded quickly anytime we had questions about anything. In the future we might look at booking more of a secluded cabin property, but we wouldn’t hesitate to see what Lawrence has available.

3 night stay

The host was easy to work with; the location was good. The furniture is new and looks nice. However, the bed in the master bedroom was the worst mattress we have ever slept on. There is no support under the mattress, and my husband and I (average sized people) were unable to even sleep in the same bed. We kept sagging between the bars under the mattress. I highly recommend spending a little more money and just throwing that mattress away and replacing it with a mattress in a box. We were only able to get a few hours of sleep each night. Another HUGE (gross) problem is that the showers do not drain. By the time you finish a very short shower, you are in gross water up to your ankles. And it takes at least 20 mins to drain before another person can get in (no one wants to get in with someone else's leftover water and hair floating around. The price was not bad, so I was glad we did not spend an enormous amount. However, we go back in a few weeks and we have booked a hotel room instead. A good mattress and a clean shower is a pretty important part of a multiple night stay.
