"Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. "the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

"Lovely rooftop facilities including pool and bar. Bar staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was large and clean although mine had no view at all. Great position and only a 3 minute walk to the cathedral"
