"Friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout the whole hotel. My room was modern and stylish, but small and awful window view. Bathroom was nice with excellent shower. Breakfast was good, however I thought it was included but I had to pay 19 euros for it so I ate elsewhere the second morning. ..."

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, ..."
