Wonderful Location

Good basic accommodation. Close to most tourist sites and shopping streets. No guide in unit so need to use your own sources.

We booked this apartment for 5 nights. While the apartment was close the center,it was just not inhabitable and just horrible conditions. As soon as we entered the humid and terrible old smell hit my nose, this is not something we would like to stay with kids. The apartment was on ground floor, was so dark during the day,there is absolutely no sun and very little daylight(photos are so misleading). The next surprise is shower. As soon as my daughter went to shower, in less than 3 minutes the hot water gets icy cold and she had to get out from bathroom. Property manager says this was expected and even worse is that after one person showers you need to wait 30 minutes till the next one can use it. Unacceptable. Next nightmare is bedding! One bed was not even a queen size and very narrow. The other reclining sofa was just broken, with very thin sponge and you feel every metal of it in your body during night. 2 pillows were missing covers and were dirty with big sweat spots on them. The next nightmare is AC, it was so cold during night, we turned on the AC to warm the room, it was sooo loud you wish you can sleep. Around 11pm group of people making so much noise in the yard that this became just crazy. Overall this was so bad that we decided to move out to another hotel right next morning. We move to normal hotel with full service and a bit away from center, which turns out even better, since almost all hotels provide free shuttle to city center every hour and back to hotel.

Apartment in the central area but in a silent calle, a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Nice and equipped with all the necessary. Bathroom with no window but with very spacious shower. The courtesy and willingness to fulfill all our requests was very much appreciated (cot, early check-in, taxi to come back to airport). Great service and ultimately a great holiday with our two little girls.
