  • Magnificent 4 bedroom apartment, perfect for families who want to enjoy a pleasant stay in a place designed and cared for to the detail, located in one of the best neighbourhoods of the city and within walking distance of all the most famous attractions and monuments. The best restaurants and tapas bars are just a few metres away. The flat stands out for its impressive interior design and decoration, it is very bright and is perfectly furnished and equipped with high quality beds to make your stay perfect.
    This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. The building has been recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: SMART TV, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, milk and cookies), microwave, kettle, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete set of utensils.

    The rooms have a comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. You have at your disposal several types of pillow that will make you have a great rest. You have cabinets to store your clothes and belongings. The bathroom, of great quality and LED lighting, has a large shower with gel dispenser - shampoo, hairdryer and large mirror - cabinet with first aid kit. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, drying rack and all the cleaning items you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana en este apartamento y hemos quedado encantados, tanto por la ubicación, como por la comodidad del apartamento. Agradecidos con los detalles que nos dejaron (gel y champú, café, té, leche y galletas, secadores) muy bien equipado, limpio y fiel a las fotos. La chica que nos atendió a la llegada, un encanto y muy profesional. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir, cuando vuelva!

We were a group 5 women. We were thrilled with the apartment. It is located in a beautiful old house in a quiet street not far from the center, equipped with everything you need. We appreciate the 4 bedrooms, dishwasher and iron. Also very friendly and proffessional approach of the landlady. She was waiting for us in the apartment and the key handover went smoothly and pleasantly. We will recommend this apartment to everyone.

The apartment was perfect for us as 3 adult friends. The building was just as pretty in real life as the photos with a sweet courtyard. The lift was brilliant for taking our cases up to 1st floor. I always wish I packed lighter when facing stairs with my heavy case. The flow of the property was good with bedrooms well spaced. The living, kitchen, dining area was modern, functional and looked good. The sofa was not as comfy as it looks the side nearest the dining table had lack of support which caused some hilarity at my poor friend who sat on it first. The welcome wine, water, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. As we stayed for a week we got a mid week which was appreciated. The bathroom is modern with great addition of bamboo shelves under sink which was perfect for toilet bags. the shower was spacious with a sliding door, there was good water pressure and plenty hot water. Mirrors in bedrooms near sockets would have been handy and a chopping board for slicing bread, tomatoes etc also helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty crockery, glassware, cutlery, bowls etc. The aircon was tjhe best given it was warmer than we are used to in September. Good location close to Almaeda de Hercules for restaurants/tapas bars in evening and a 20 min walk to Cathedral etc.
