From the moment we entered the hotel, we realized we had found a very special place to stay in Seville. The location is perfect for walking to the key monuments and historic sites, great restaurants and shops in the older part of the city. Only steps from La Setes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection and easily accommodated the need for gluten free options for one of our party. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this charming hotel in the heart of Seville.

I liked the cleanliness and the welcome from staff member on arrival. Hotel was a bit dark and sombre and lighting was poor coming from the lift into reception area which was quite dangerous with glass everywhere. Expedia had noted that pools were closed from October 1st until June which was incorrect but, because of that, none of us brought swimwear because so suggest that this should be changed! USB ports in rooms would be helpful and tissues. Shower, bed, linen, towels, air con, toiletries were all great. Didn’t try breakfast but it looked good but was quite expensive.
