The staff was AMAZING. We’ve traveled the world and this is the first time we’ve experienced an entire staff that was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Sevilla is a wonderful city and this is the hotel that matches its beauty, elegance, and friendliness. Can’t wait to go back!!

Hotel is very well located close to Alcazar and Catedral. Everything in Seville is easy walking. Only issue wirh hotel is we had a good ground floor room but couldn't open the windows as lots of little midges and ants due to moisture and plants directly outside. I think the Hotel is aware of problem. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed and bathroom all top rate.
