In the Arenal, Rio Guadalquivir and Triana.Beautiful living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds.It is characterized by stylish furniture that creates an elegant and comfortable space.2-bedroom apartment with modern decoration with capacity for 5 people is located in the historic center, about 3 minutes walk from the main monuments, and next to Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral. It is also located a few minutes from the Guadalquivir and Triana rivers.Beautiful living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 3 single beds. The apartment overlooks an interior patio, very quiet.It is characterized by contemporary style furniture that creates an elegant and comfortable space.The entire apartment will be at your disposal with the house ready and prepared for your stay: beds made, products for showering and paper, towels, coffee, oil, sugar, salt and a few other things. We receive our guests personally and we will give them sets of keys.The building has a shared terrace that is accessed by another staircase, so you will have to go down from the fourth floor where your apartment is located to the ground floor and access the terrace by another staircase.

Terrible communication with property manager. When we arrived we found out he had given the key to an entirely different guest. How does a miscommunication like this happen? The apartment itself looked like it had not been cleaned properly from the previous guest. Floors were extremely dusty and dirty, bathroom/toilets were disgusting. You could still see hair on the shower wall from previous guests. Also had no access to terrace even though the listing guaranteed that. If it weren't for how nice and walkable the area around the apartment was, I would give this place one star.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 12 nights. It was nice to have a place that was a short walking distance to all the main attractions and tapas/bars/shops and also very close to a couple of small, reasonably priced Carrefour grocery stores that had what we needed for groceries, even fresh croissants or bread. It was also not far from the bus and train stations. Other than a couple of nights when the neighbors above were loud late, it was a quiet place to rest and relax with plenty of space and all the basics we needed, even a washing machine. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace several afternoons (which is accessible from another stair/elevator). So fun to watch and listen to the bustle of the city from above! We would definitely stay there again if in Seville. *One thing to note, the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator so be prepared to do a lot of stairs.

Excellent stay! Location is 5 minutes to Cathedral and Bull fighting Arena. You walk out the door to a street full of bars ,eaterys shops! Our hostess Miguel is amazing! He is a native of Sevilla therfore had a great amount of knowledge about all the history of this beautiful city. If you do yhe tours book through Miguel I trued booking on my own and they were all Sold Out for 3 days. Miguel was able to book me 2 tours for next day. I will definately be back to Sevilla ! Gracias!!

This apartment was clean, and in a great location - a major benefit is how quiet it is, despite being on a very busy street. The posting advertised a shared terrace. It was locked. We reached out three times to the property manager to ask about it, but they made the unfortunate decision to not respond. This was very disappointing.

Superb location, quiet, very effective air conditioning in the main room and both bedrooms, reliable hot water supply, plenty of room for two of us. There are 52 steps to climb so you had better be fit! The worst thing for us was that the WiFi didn't work. If we had known this we would not have booked this apartment. The management company was unable to resolve it and said it was the responsibility of their WiFi supplier!! Minor issues included ants in the kitchen, broken chairs, broken shower head. If these sort of things put you off, then don't book this apartment. The promised terrace was not available due to building work. The description on Vrbo includes Outdoor space and Internet as amenities and these were not provided.

Pro - Great location lots of bars and restaurants, 5-10 minute walk to main Seville Cathedral. Con - 4th floor no elevator, poor internet, at times the building had a very bad smell that was also in the apartment, eventually it cleared up, no outside windows. Was never shown how to access the terrace asked about access on a Saturday never received a reply.

This is a great and functional apartment for our family of 5. It was our teens first time in Europe and being in heart of Sevilla made it great for them to easily see the historic sites, but to also enjoy the lifestyle of long late dinners, stopping by all the great shops and eating Gelato at midnight every night. The apartment was great.
