A beautiful place in the center of the city. The apartment was very conveniently located near bars and restaurants. We loved the style and space of the place and could not be happier with our stay.

Not the best stay...but nice location

Lovely location but not the best experience due to door malfunction and the amount of noise caused by same. Our 1st floor apartment was right above door and the kitchen built in original light well and when apartment upstairs opened windows we could hear them use toilet, cough, fart etc. Would not stay again despite the partial refund offered

Overall: the apartment was clean and very spacious. Safety: felt safe as a woman travelling solo. Amenities: laundry, washer, stove and iron etc. available. Location: easy to find, popular places within walking distance, plus good restaurants nearby. Tip: the damn main door was my arch-nemesis for the first 3 days! After putting the password to gain access, you’ll hear a click. Make sure you pull the door towards you first before pushing it open. Viola! You won’t need to beg the door to magically open. You’re welcome. Oh and also Bar Baratillo is just 2 minutes by foot - the tapas were just- chef’s kiss!

Excellent location however we were not very pleased with the property. The bathroom ( and the sink ) was extremely small. Area with exposed pipes etc. above bathroom renovation looked very dusty and so did the air inside. Cooker hood was unplugged and the air-conditioning was not effective ( admittedly it was during the heat wave ). Most notably the communication with letting company was slow as all questions were redirected to a robot. On the other hand, the check in process went very smoothly. For that same level of accommodation, we have had far better experiences across Andalucia.

Has clothes washer but no where or way to dry clothes. Low spot in shower where water collects and doesn’t drain, mold? Zero counter space in bathroom. No towel racks. Remotes for tv and AC are taped up and fall apart, chasing batteries around the floor. Remote control for AC is confusing, had to push button named swing to get AC to work. No light in stairwell, dangerous. Cockroaches are healthy. Plenty of seating at the cost of nowhere to put luggage or move around. Huge planters with fake plants eating up a lot of precious floor space. Looks cool, very non functional. Great area of town. Noisy until 2am most nights. I think it’s a good place for young people who can live on top of each other, stay out late and travel very, very lightly.

Beautiful modern refurbishments of an historical Sevilla apartment, with a comfortable lounge and full kitchen. Nice aircon and helpful communication from the host. Very much recommend and we are very grateful for our stay. Thank you!

This was a very comfortable apartment. Plenty of space for 4 or 5 people. The stairs inside the apartment would be difficult for someone elderly or with mobility issues.

Liked the decor and open brick design that was unique! Loved the location and rooftop. The only thing we didn’t like was noise from neighbours as one of there windows opens in to high ceiling of our flat.

Everything went great. very good location, and amazing house. However the sofa had a dodgy brown stain in the middle and all lamps had no bulbs, which was very strange and I could not give a nice ambiance to the place. Only hanging lamps had bulbs

The appartment is excellent. Clean and safe. However we had a main problem with the front door. We have been stuck outside twice in a day for 30mn before somebody came amd fix the problem. Which they didn’t. So they took out the door lock and the main entrance is no longer safe. Too bad! Make sure it is fixed before booking.

No doors, no walls, no second bedroom

No bedroom (2), no walls, no doors, no furniture, no pillows upstairs, no satisfaction. But lots of stairs once in the apartment. Only one bedroom, the claimed second bedroom was a shelf in the high roof space of the only bedroom. Unfortunately the en-suite bathroom was very dirty with mold and in a poor condition. Customer services did not want to know and did nothing to help even claiming they’d delivered two pillows when they hadn’t, they turned up for the last night of 5. I cannot recommend this, which is a shame as it is in a good location.

Highly recommended

The best equipped self catering apartment we have stayed at. Dishwasher, washing machine, two different types of coffee maker etc. Situated 5 mins walk from the cathedral which was great and meant we could go back during the day for lunch/recuperation when we wanted. We booked this apartment largely because it has a pool. However, it is very small and not big enough to swim. It could be welcome for cooling down on a hot day though. More a plunge pool, I’d say. There’re also sunbeds I was very nervous beforehand about keyless entry and using my phone. It was fine though and worked very well. I would suggest all members of your party to have the details as I had an issue (temporary as it it turned out) with my phone and would have had difficulty if my husband did not also have it on his phone. I would say this is the perfect apartment for a stay in Seville.

El piso muy silencioso y ubicación inmejorable. Hemos estado muy bien los dos días. El acceso se hace a través de una aplicación. No vimos a nadie de la empresa; pero todo funcionó perfectamente.
