「If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! 「We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind.
