Built in 2025 and nestled in Sewanee, this house offers 4 modern style bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 4 bunks. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like double washing machines and dryers, WiFi and beautiful views during your stay. Whether you're looking for a soothing retreat or a fun-filled getaway, this enchanting property is the perfect home base for your vacation. The garage area is dedicated to a gaming room including ping pong, air hockey, foosball, basketball and more! Unwind at the firepit directly below the back deck with a stocked firewood shed a few steps away or in the 6 person hot tub extending off of the back deck with a gorgeous bluff view. This house has so many amenities and full of thought out features to make your time here unforgettable!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! We loved the fire pit, hot tub, and the incredibly spacious patio and living area. Our kids had the best time in the garage game room. Amy was an amazing, responsive host. We will absolutely be back!

Our family spent the weekend celebrating a special birthday and the amenities were perfect for our sons and their families which included 3 young grandchildren! Lots of woods to collect sticks for the fire pit for the little boys and our granddaughter loved girl time in the hot tub! The view is spectacular from the gorgeous porch to the beautiful main living area! We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen with everything we needed! The bedrooms were comfy and quiet. We will definitely make plans to return.

Our stay was great! The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. The house was beautiful, and the view was absolutely spectacular. I especially loved sitting on the back porch; it was so peaceful and relaxing. During our stay, we even saw several deer while enjoying the quiet scenery. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
