"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"We had a great stay in this house. Nice big rooms and everything you need is provided. The house is situated in a very nice area in which anyone can enjoy quietness and nature. The house was clean and fully stocked with all your needs. The sauna, whirlpool and rain shower are great! "This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"We stayed one night after a long day at Europa-Park, and this hotel was exactly what we needed. It’s a large, business-style property with a spacious lobby and plenty of seating. Even in heavy rain, arrival was easy thanks to the wide white-curb area in front of the lobby—you can pull your rental car right up without hunting for parking, which is rare in Europe. Check-in was quick and friendly. Staff spoke English and German, and we were in our room within minutes. We had a family room with a queen bed and a sofa bed for the kids (9 and 12). The room was surprisingly spacious, with a table and chairs, lots of storage, and a complimentary minibar stocked with beer, soda, water, and juice. A nice standout: the bathroom had shampoo, body wash and conditioner, which we rarely saw at other German hotels. The shower was fully enclosed and easy to use, and the overall room was clean and comfortable—nothing overly memorable or “boutique,” but very good quality. We slept well and would stay again. The location is excellent if you're using the train. The station is directly across the street with two pedestrian bridges. From the front door, turn right, go up the ramp, cross the bridge, and take stairs or the elevator to your platform. Even with luggage, it was an easy walk. A convenient, comfortable stay—great for families and perfect for train travel."
