「We were on our way to NE Arkansas for an Eclipse viewing. I had originally booked a chain hotel. And then I found this little slice of heaven. Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it.」

「This place was very nice for the location right off HWY 65. The road noice was not the greatest. However, it was very clean, uniquely decorated, I just stayed the one night so did not get to use all the amenities. However the hot tub after a long day, the lighting, everything was pretty cool. We listened to music and enjoyed each others company. Also the porch swing on the front was nice to sit on and read.」

「Super nice 3 bed 3 bath. One bed and bath upstairs the rest are on main level. Up to date. Great parking. Safe neighborhood. The thing that made this place stand out over other is pet friendly. Have nice enclosed fence area for the fur babies. They have water and food bowl. Supply two large kennels. Supply doggie bags to pick up after Fido. Only suggestion for owner- have a code lock on the back door also. With parking closer to the back we would have to walk from the back to front to enter....

「This house should really rent for about double what it does currently, and the pictures should highlight some of the cool architectural features it has. There is a room off the master that has a short stairway up to a loft where there's an extra tv and couch, so in total there are 4 tv rooms which is great when you need to get away from YouTube cartoons for a while... 「My family, 6 adults and 1 child had a great experience at this property. It was clean and we felt very safe. We were about 10 minutes away from activities we wanted to do in Springfield. We enjoyed the sunroom and the weather was beautiful! We like to cook when we stay places and we wish the kitchen would have been more accommodating with basic essentials. I would definitely book again if we planned a trip in this area again.」
