“Can't expect excellent standards at a motel that must be at least 70 years old. But considering its age, it was very, very well worth the money. The hardwood floors appeared to be new, as was the mattress, the TV, the paint, and the shower. The window AC was noisy, but kept the room artic cold (had to clean the filter screen). I would stay here again.”

“We had a great time. From the moment we walked in we were treated very well! The cleaning ladies were amazing & so sweet. The front desk staff was helpful & kind as well. I loved having the pier, beach access and dinner/bar area all in one space. Everything was easy to get to. The location is amazing because there are a bunch of cute little places to go & eat or walk around at. We had the best time. The room was clean, towels were perfectly white & the beds were too! Being a beachfront hotel……

“Clara and Dave were the best hosts! Super sweet, easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and gave great recommendations on what to do in Beaufort! The property was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We can’t wait to go back!”

“No real amenities. All rooms, except for handicap rooms had a step down the bed area. My husband fell twice within the first few minutes we were in the room. I went to the desk and asked for another room and they gave us another room. The view from the balcony was of a marshland with minimal view of any water. For a beachfront room it seriously lacked. Will not come back.”

“Clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor amenities (grill, lounge chairs, games), and a lovely plank walkway to an uncrowded pristine beach. Also conveniently located.”
