“This will be my always on top of priority list to stay in Orange. Very quite and peacefully location. Morning sunrise to watching sunsets, it feels heavenly. Very well organised place and top feature appliances. We felt like at home and will always be coming back to it and will lwt other friends to know that "THE ROSSI STUDIO" is a hidden gem and should not to be missed. “ A Comforting Stay Near Orange Hospital Our recent stay at The Black & White Room at The Elm Apartments: from Saturday, May 24th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, provided immense comfort during an already stressful trip. With my father in Orange Hospital, the Elm apartment's were the ideal location . It was truly a relief to have such a lovely place to rest and recharge. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we'll definitely be booking again in the near future. We were also pleasantly surprised……

“Toasty warm, spacious, clean, well-equipped”

“The property is a house split into two separate short term rentals, with separate entrances. Whilst the property was comfortable enough, renovated and with ducted heating that worked very well, there were a few issues for us regarding noise. Locked interconnecting door seems to have little, or no, insulation therefore conversations from other rental could be heard in hallway and bedrooms. Door slamming from the adjoining rental reverberated loudly, making our stay unpleasant. The front door……

“This is one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at in Orange. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and all the facilities that we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer! My only gripe would be that dealing with the Stayz app is a pain - there are about 3 apps you have to download to get information on checking into the house and if you are low on data, this is difficult. Oh, also - the front room is quite noisy from traffic in the morning - beware!”

“Lovely accommodation with a homely feel, set on a corner block with access front and rear, tastefully renovated and decorated. Very comfy beds and lounge. All facilities well maintained. Air conditioning worked well on heat as did bedroom heaters. Host easy to deal with giving detailed correspondence. Short distances to main CBD and other attractions - plenty to do and see. Thanks for a lovely stay.”
