We arrived late and left early... But whilst we were there it was comfortable and the folks at the property were very nice. I recommend definitely for an over night stay in a road trip. Note sandy cove is a lovely little town but requirements close early. We are at the Burger place that was part of a laundrette... The food was incredibly good. In the morning we had a nice breakfast at the fishing hole. The entire town was lovely and everyone was friendly.

The property is a little like stepping back in time to when our parents took road trips. However, the place is clean, well maintained and a surprisingly pleasant experience in a time of corporate hotel stays. I would most definitely recommend staying and would stay sgain

Super clean, super comfortable. Check in was very easy and the gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. Highly recommended for an overnight stop on the way to crater lake or rafting on the upper rogue river.

Abbiamo dormito una notte nel nostro viaggio in Oregon, motel ben tenuto e pulito ottimo per andare a Crater lake. Vicino c'è un ottimo posto per le colazioni. Pavimenti in legno cosa ottima. Unica nota il condizionatore è un pò rumoroso, ma è classico negli USA in quanto usano macchine compatte. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Clean, comfortable beds, a/c worked well but finding the occasional ant or six on the toilet, in the shower, on the a/c control was a bit disturbing.

Nettes Motel im Familienbesitz. Die Einrichtung war sauber und funktionierte, incl. der Klimaanlage. Vor den Zimmern hatten die Inhaber einen Pavillon in den Garten gestellt. Dort konnte man unter einem großen Kirschbaum entspannen. Zum Einkaufen war es nicht sehr weit mit dem Auto. Wir haben das Motel als Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch des Crater Lakes genutzt.

This is a charming property in a beautiful town! We arrived very late and very tired. The owner had our room open for us, and we loved walking into our clean, welcoming space that night. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and we had plenty of space for our family of 4 and large suitcases. While we were only there for one, short night, we were very satisfied with the property.

There was a fair amount of road noise but if you don’t mind running the fan all night it drowns it out. They need a curtain with the blinds because the outside porch light shines through when you are trying to sleep

This is an excellent motel in Shady Cove. Extremely nice and friendly people and the room was very big. The room and bathroom were spotless! Microwave and coffee maker were a plus. Definitely will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Don’t let the word Motel scare you away !!
Maple Leaf Motel was the very first motel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t let the word “Motel” fool you. I was thinking I booked some shady lil motel in Shady Cove, but I was wrong. This Motel is awesome!! I’m happy I chose to stay at Maple Leaf Motel on my Crater Lake trip ☺️
